Turkey Avocado Wrap (5-Min Lunch Fix)

If your afternoons are when you “fall off track,” this is the fix.
Ingredients:
1 whole grain wrap
4–5 oz sliced turkey breast
1/2 avocado
Handful spinach
Tomato slices
Mustard or Greek yogurt spread
Instructions:
Lay wrap flat.
Spread avocado (or mash directly on wrap).
Layer turkey, spinach, tomato.
Roll tightly and slice in half.
