Turkey Avocado Wrap (5-Min Lunch Fix)

The 5-Min Lunch That Stops Afternoon Cravings

Hook:

If your afternoons are when you “fall off track,” this is the fix.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grain wrap

  • 4–5 oz sliced turkey breast

  • 1/2 avocado

  • Handful spinach

  • Tomato slices

  • Mustard or Greek yogurt spread

Instructions:

  1. Lay wrap flat.

  2. Spread avocado (or mash directly on wrap).

  3. Layer turkey, spinach, tomato.

  4. Roll tightly and slice in half.
